HIV Blocking Gene Found
It's not the cure for AIDS and HIV but if we can prevent it, that's half the battle. It was found by a research group at the University of Alberta. Apparently now we have to find out how to activate this gene in people and deactivate the HIV gene in the infected. I'm really dissapointed that teachers haven't noticed this story, It's been out for awhile. We should have a school news feed and we should all be required to be up on current events!
